Terms of service

Last updated: 30 July 2026

Welcome

Thank you for visiting Snobby. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules for using our website and the basis on which we sell our products to you.

Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our website or place an order.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

2. Using Our Website

By using our website, you agree that:

  • You will provide accurate and complete information when placing an order or creating an account.
  • You will not use our website or products for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
  • You will not attempt to interfere with, damage or disrupt our website or its security.
  • You will not introduce viruses, malicious code or other harmful material.

We may restrict access, refuse service or cancel orders where reasonably necessary, including where we suspect fraud, misuse, unauthorised resale or a breach of these Terms.

3. Our Products

We make every reasonable effort to describe and display our products accurately, including their ingredients, images, quantities and pricing. However:

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes, and actual packaging may vary.
  • Colours may appear differently depending on your device or screen.
  • We may update packaging, formulations or product information from time to time.
  • Products may be changed, withdrawn or discontinued subject to applicable law.

Allergens, ingredients and dietary information

Please always read the ingredients, allergen information and other mandatory information displayed on the physical product label before consuming a product, as this is the definitive source of product information.

If you have a food allergy, intolerance or other dietary concern, check the product label carefully before consumption and contact us if you have any questions.

Our products are foods and beverages and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Nothing on our website should be treated as medical advice.

4. Orders and Contract Formation

When you place an order through our website:

  1. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase the products in your basket.
  2. We may send you an order acknowledgement confirming that we have received your order. This does not necessarily mean your order has been accepted.
  3. Unless we tell you otherwise, a binding contract is formed when we send you confirmation that your order has been dispatched.

We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • A product is unavailable or out of stock.
  • There has been an obvious pricing or product-description error.
  • We are unable to obtain payment authorisation.
  • We reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unlawful activity.
  • We reasonably believe an order has been placed for unauthorised resale or distribution.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the relevant amount paid.

5. Prices, Promotions and Payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable, unless clearly stated otherwise.

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown separately before you complete your purchase.

Prices may change from time to time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.

We take reasonable care to ensure our prices are correct. If we discover an obvious pricing error before dispatch, we may contact you to give you the option of proceeding at the correct price or cancelling your order for a full refund.

Payment is taken when you place your order and is processed securely by trusted third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details ourselves.

Promotions and discount codes

From time to time, we may offer promotions, discounts, bundles, free gifts, free delivery or promotional codes.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Promotions are available for a limited time and while stocks last.
  • Promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers.
  • Promotional codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • A promotion may be subject to additional terms communicated at the time of the offer.
  • We may refuse or cancel the use of a promotion where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, a technical error or a breach of its terms.
  • We may amend or withdraw promotions where legally permitted, but this will not affect orders already accepted.

6. Delivery

We deliver to the locations specified on our website or at checkout.

Available delivery options, estimated timescales and applicable charges will be displayed at checkout or in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery times are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order cannot be delivered because you provided incorrect or incomplete information, additional delivery charges may apply where permitted by law.

For consumer orders, responsibility for the products passes to you when they come into your physical possession or the physical possession of a person identified by you to receive them, subject to applicable consumer law.

If nobody is available to receive a delivery, the delivery provider's standard procedures may apply.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, but we will take reasonable steps to keep you informed and minimise disruption where appropriate.

7. Your Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer buying online, you may have a legal right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to cancel certain orders within 14 days without giving a reason.

The cancellation period will generally expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a person nominated by you other than the delivery provider, takes physical possession of the goods.

However, legal exceptions may apply. In particular, the right to cancel may not apply to:

  • Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed.
  • Other products excluded from cancellation rights under applicable law.

Being a food or drink product does not automatically remove your cancellation rights. Any exception will be applied only where permitted by law.

To cancel an eligible order, contact us at hello@drinksnobby.com within the applicable cancellation period and clearly tell us that you wish to cancel.

If you have already received the products, you must return them without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days after telling us you wish to cancel. Unless the products are faulty, damaged, incorrect or we agree otherwise, you will normally be responsible for the direct cost of returning them.

You must take reasonable care of products while they are in your possession. Where applicable and permitted by law, we may reduce a refund to reflect any loss in value caused by unnecessary handling.

This section does not affect your rights where a product is faulty, damaged or not as described.

8. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, products supplied to consumers must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose where applicable.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@drinksnobby.com as soon as reasonably possible.

We may ask you to provide:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the problem.
  • Photographs of the product, packaging or delivery damage where appropriate.

Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund.

Please do not consume any product that appears damaged, leaking, tampered with, contaminated or otherwise unsafe.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.

9. Returns and Refunds

Further information about delivery, cancellations, returns and refunds is available in our Shipping & Returns Policy, which should be read alongside these Terms.

Unless otherwise required by law:

  • Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method.
  • Refund timing may depend on your bank or payment provider.
  • For eligible cancellations, we will process refunds within the timescales required by applicable law.
  • Faulty, damaged or incorrect products will be handled in accordance with your statutory rights.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

10. Trade and Wholesale Orders

Orders placed by businesses, including cafés, delis, retailers, hospitality businesses and other trade customers, are business-to-business transactions and may be subject to separate wholesale or trade terms agreed directly with us.

Consumer cancellation rights do not apply to business-to-business orders.

Where separate written trade terms have been agreed, those terms will take priority over these Terms to the extent of any conflict.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on our website — including the Snobby name, logos, trademarks, branding, packaging designs, graphics, photographs, videos, text and other materials — is owned by or licensed to Snobby Beverages Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may access and use our website for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Without our prior written permission, you must not:

  • Copy, reproduce, republish or commercially exploit our content.
  • Sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute our content.
  • Use our branding, trademarks or designs for commercial purposes.
  • Suggest or imply an association, endorsement or partnership with Snobby where none exists.

12. Customer Reviews and Submitted Content

If you deliberately submit a review, testimonial, photograph, video, social-media post or other content to us for publication, promotion, a campaign, competition or other public-facing purpose, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, edit and share that content in connection with our business and marketing.

You confirm that:

  • You own the content or have permission to submit it.
  • Our permitted use of it will not infringe another person's rights.
  • The content is not unlawful, misleading, defamatory, offensive or otherwise inappropriate.

This clause does not give us the right to publish private communications, personal information or materials sent solely for customer service purposes, such as photographs submitted to report a damaged delivery, unless you separately give us permission.

13. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
  • Breach of your statutory rights as a consumer.
  • Any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Subject to the above, we are not responsible for:

  • Losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
  • Losses not caused by our breach, negligence or failure to exercise reasonable care.
  • Business losses, including loss of profit, revenue, opportunity or goodwill, where products are purchased by a consumer for personal use.

Our website is provided on an "as available" basis. We take reasonable care to keep it accurate, secure and accessible but do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Nothing in these Terms affects any legal rights you may have.

14. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for failure or delay in performing our obligations where caused by events outside our reasonable control.

These may include, for example:

  • Severe weather or natural disasters.
  • Fire or flood.
  • Strikes or industrial action.
  • Transport or delivery disruption.
  • Supplier or manufacturing failures outside our reasonable control.
  • Failure of utilities, telecommunications or internet services.
  • Epidemics, pandemics or public-health emergencies.
  • Government action or changes in law.

Where such an event occurs, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact and keep affected customers informed where appropriate.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

15. Third-Party Websites

Our website may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties.

We are not responsible for the availability, content, accuracy, security, privacy practices or terms of third-party websites.

If you visit a third-party website, you do so subject to that website's own terms and policies.

16. Privacy

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we may share it with and the rights you have.

Please read our Privacy Policy alongside these Terms.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, products, website, services or applicable law.

The version that applies to an order is generally the version in effect when that order is placed.

The latest version will be published on our website with an updated Last Updated date.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as removed or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

19. No Waiver

If we do not immediately enforce a right or remedy under these Terms, that does not mean we have waived that right or remedy or cannot enforce it later.

20. Third-Party Rights

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these Terms are between you and Snobby Beverages Ltd. No other person has the right to enforce them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer living in England or Wales, the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.

If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

Nothing in this section affects any mandatory legal rights you have as a consumer.
